Abstract: Clinic management system has gained more attention as a further development to improve quality and efficiency in health care. The goal of clinic management system is to create a software package of specialist clinic that is capable of handling the huge data of clinic and delivering the highest quality care to every patient. In this thesis, I faced a real life of daily work in the specialist clinic and approached the real clinic to have an interview with the specialist doctor. Through the analysis of the existing system which currently used in the specialist clinic, I found it was complicated and a mess of applications were not used frequently. More than this, one of the most significant disadvantages of the existing system is it lacks security and lots of data disappear accidentally. Based on the weaknesses of the existing system, this developed software package was designed. This developed software package of specialist clinic helped the administrator easily manage and maintain the data of patients, drugs and accounts efficiently. This software package of specialist clinic provided an instructive platform to understand the real life project and enhance the computer programming skills, project design skills, problem analyzing and solving skills, as well as communication skills
