Title: Switched magnetic field hybrid motor-generator
Authors: Muhammad Firdaus Osman.
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Electric power
Issue Date: 2012
Abstract: Study, design and fabricate a motor/generator system based on switched magnetic field using Neodymium Iron Boron magnets or otherwise for vertical wind turbine. Some power electronic circuit will be used together with sensors to control the magnetic field in a new approach to motor and generator design. To conduct experimental tests to verify the design and characterize the performance.
