Abstract: Data mining is a procedure that allows information to be extracted from large samples of data. It requires clustering tools to obtain inferences between data samples. In this project, the development of a clustering tool for high content screening of drug effects on cell samples is accomplished using RGui and RapidMiner. Simulation results on large data sets are collected and reported here.
