AIR application development shopping mall directory for touchscreen

Abstract

This report will mainly focus on the development of Adobe Integrated Runtime (AIR) Application – Shopping Mall Directory. It used Wisma Atria as an example. The main purpose of this application is to be used on the touchscreen in the shopping mall and to provide customers a new way of searching and browsing of shops and products they are looking for. It not only has the elegant and professional interface which is suitably present the image of the shopping mall, but also has the database system which can support the search functions to let customers to have better experience when they browse the shops and products while with the aid of the map and interactions according to their personal interests and needs.
