It is important for the company to provide good quality products or services to customers. Quality assurance is required for any software development and software production as it is important to meet the users’ expectation for software business. Testing process is one part of software quality assurance procedure and it is about exploring and discovering of the software. Software Testing requires discipline and systematic approach and it requires skills such as curiosity, detail oriented and thorough in order to find more software bugs. Apart from the quality assurance of software, providing good user guide to the user is also important for software products and companies. Producing good quality documents is neither easy nor cheap and many software companies find it is difficult to produce a good document.
