Abstract: With the high development of science and technology nowadays, household buildings tend to be more intelligent and energy saving have become an inevitable trend in today’s industrial society. Smart buildings not only can offer the residents personal service, but also let power supply companies and residents themselves to monitor energy consumption and electricity bill conveniently with the aim of saving electricity energy. Smart buildings will be a general part of the public daily life. Therefore, it is high time to develop the technology about intelligent building and the House Automation System is a relevant project in Laboratory for Clear Energy Research.
