Abstract: The production of electricity depends primarily on fossil fuels. It heavily contributes to the depletion of fossil fuels, increases in level of pollution and the cost of electricity cause by its non-renewable source. Hence, the usage of solar energy resolves all of these drawbacks and is therefore emerging as one of the most viable alternative energy source for electricity generation.
