Title: | Six healing sound treatment | Authors: | Chow, Cheng Peng. | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering | Issue Date: | 2012 | Abstract: | Qigong is practiced by many throughout the world and many have strengthened their bodies, and recovered from illness. Despite countless accounts of cases where people have testified that is beneficial, the underlining scientific reason is still unknown. In this report, the Six Healing Sound Qigong will be discussed. This ongoing study will be broken down into two parts. The first part focuses on the frequencies and the components that made up the sound in the power spectrum. The second part involves qualitative measurement before and after group exercise. This Qigong will be studied in a scientific way, and prove its benefits experimentally. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/50064 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
