Abstract

In order to boost business and retain existing customer, company are providing their new/existing customers with reward/membership card’s to enjoy benefits like discount or redemption of point that accumulated by purchases. But from a user point of view, holding too many reward cards might pose a problem. One of the common problem will be when making payment and realizing that one did not bring the membership card due to limited slot inside the wallet and in some cases, one does not realized that the card is not inside the wallet.
