Title: | Modeling of a hybrid electric vehicle | Authors: | Ng, Yao Hua. | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering::Control and instrumentation::Control engineering | Issue Date: | 2012 | Abstract: | This project focuses on the modeling and simulation of an automotive vehicle. Vehicle powertrain and driveline components were modeled for simulation; controlling of vehicle speed via a PI speed controller. Modern vehicle Anti-Lock Braking System was also modeled; simulation was conducted on the Anti-lock braking system under different road conditions and how the Anti-Lock System aids the driver in a hard braking situation. The physics and mechanics of the vehicle engine are modeled using MATLAB's simulink software. Simulation with different parameters are also performed, their results were compared and concluded. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/50078 | Schools: | School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
