Web deployment and excel add-ins for missing data in medical questionnaires

Abstract

This Final Year Project focuses on the development of Web Based Tools and Excel Add-Ins, for non-technical surveyors at Tan Tock Seng Hospital to enjoy the MATLAB MEX file codes developed collaboratively between the researchers, Assistant Professor Justin Dauwels and Dr Lalit Garg. Their MATLAB MEX files predict missing values in medical questionnaires by collaborative filtering. The surveyors using the Web Application and Excel Add-Ins’ would only be required to be familiar with browsing internet web Pages and using Microsoft Excel.
