Investigations into the elimination of manual labour for cleaning of chiffon cake tube pans

Abstract

This report sets out to investigate the possible methods in eliminating the manual labour in cleaning chiffon cake tube pans. This is necessary as the manual washing of tube pans is a mundane and tedious job which few Singaporeans are willing to take up. Thus the industry relies heavily on foreign unskilled labour, which is expensive and constrained by government regulations. Therefore it is necessary to remove the manual process.
