Title: Characterisation of electrodeposited nickel thin-walled hollow spheres
Authors: Ho, Choon Hwee.
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Aeronautical engineering
Issue Date: 2012
Abstract: Porous and cellular materials are highly valued for their high strength to weight ratio. Apart from being used in light-weight structures, cellular metals have potential applications as a crash absorber or noise and vibration suppressor. In this project, two types of cellular metals will be investigated – metallic hollow spheres and metallic lattice structure.
