Abstract

Sourcing decisions in supply chain has always been a key factor in a project cycle. It determines the entire process flow of a project and significantly affects the outcome of a project. Throughout the years, countless articles, journals and books have been discussing the different strategies in obtaining the best decision with regards to supply chain. As the world evolves and globalization takes place, the goal of the supply chain remains the same - to obtain the necessary inventories and complete the project on time at the minimal cost.
