Abstract: This study consists of four main parts: (a) the synthesis and characterization of triblock, diblock and star-shaped PLA/PEG block copolymers; (b) the preparation and characterization of micelle-like nanoparticles (c) the in vitro degradation properties of block copolymer in film and nanoparticle forms and (d) the release profiles of 5-FU and paclitaxel from micelle-like nanoparticles.
