dc.description.abstractSynthesis and electrochemical studies on LiVO3 nanomaterial as lithium ion battery cathode was investigated. The report covers two methods to produce the LiVO3 as cathode based on the existing methods of making other cathode materials, and by doing some modifications the desired cathode materials will be produced. On top of that, the methods of making the precursors will also be introduced. Some equipment analysis had been carried out to evaluate the resulting products. The analysis helps to gauge the working performance of the resultant. Based on the scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and charge-discharge curve the working performance can be obtained and some adjustments on the parameters were carried out. Last but not least, suggestions will be given in the last part of report to further improve the production and performance of the resulting mixture.en_US
