Abstract: The Down Syndrome Association (DSA) is a non-profit organization, recognized by the National Council of Social Services in 4th July 1997. Being an advocate for individuals with Down Syndrome, DSA works closely with health and educational professionals and other voluntary welfare organizations, to develop life-long learning in these individuals and aid them in societal integration. There are various programs and services offered in DSA, one of which is the Family Support Services. Our team works closely with the staffs in the Family Support Services department for this IT project. This report documents the system development life cycle and the project management techniques adopted to implement the system for DSA.
