Health is important to everyone and thus finding the most cost effective way to improve it is of utmost importance. Our paper begins by analysing countries' health through our newly developed health aggregate index. It identifies ways to improve the aggregare, by taking advantage of international trade. With potential gains from cross-border treatments, we then put focus on Singapore. Our study, the first of its kind, studies why these avenues are not fully utilized, and focuses on how people use Medisave and factors people consider when seeking treatment.en_US
