Abstract

This is intended as a chapter in a larger body of work entitled “Art is an Encounter”. Through the genre of creative non-fiction writing, the collection expresses the various stories of practicing artisans and craftsmen who are making a difference to society as we read about their stories written within these pages. The narrative of each trade is meant to be open, a work in progress; it aims to provide an alternative vantage point for the readers to encounter these businesses even if it might be their first time.
