Title: | The barefoot dancer. | Authors: | Hoong, Joanna Chu Yan. | Keywords: | DRNTU::Visual arts and music::Animation::3D | Issue Date: | 2013 | Abstract: | The Barefoot Dancer is a light-hearted and cheerful short film executed in 3D. Through the combined usage of Maya, After Effects and Photoshop, we aimed to achieve an aged, painterly look in 3D. The story idea behind The Barefoot Dancer originated from Xi Jun during an animation seminar module. The story has developed and changed a lot since then. I was the main character and environment designer for The Barefoot Dancer. However, as the designs were confirmed and the production process went on, the project required less illustrations and more production work. Therefore, I spent most of the second semester doing production and post-production work, doing whatever that was needed to get the film done | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/52301 | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
