The story is about two characters, Kai and Fia. Male character Kai recollects old memories of his brief and ambiguous relationship with female character Fia. They were separated after Fia moves to somewhere far away, but Kai believes that affinity will someday allow the two of them to meet again. Affinity is a story of childhood love, told from the perspective of Kai. It is done in a realistic 3D style, with a stop motion sequence.
