Abstract: Have you ever got lost in a big shopping mall or missed chance to buy the best deals? Have you ever built one unified application version that works on various mobile devices? This report describes an application that offers solutions to the above challenges. The main feature of the application is to provide a indoor map navigation service to mobile shoppers. This service is further applied to boost the retail business in a shopping mall as well as enhance shopper-retailer relationship. The product is implemented as a web-based application, which is able to run on mobile browsers of different platforms such as iOS, Android, Window Phone... This solution is a suggestive way to reduce implementation cost and development time for application providers, while mobile customers can enjoy their mobile applications regardless of what their device's platform is.
