The backbone of a PV system consists of the solar panel, solar charge controller, battery and inverter. In addition to building the initial prototype of PV system, the additional enhancement feature such as solar tracking device and graphical user interface (GUI) to improve the overall system in term of stability and reliability are also implemented. As in-depth study of the methodology, topology, simulation, calculation, proofing of concept, analyzing data and results finding are also presented. Specifically, the research of the inverter and solar tracking device are addressed in detail.
