Abstract: Nowadays, as the technology and economies of the countries keep growing and developing, the demand of the energy is also keep increasing every year. As a consequences high energy demand, depending only on traditional energy supply like fossil fuels will not be sufficient in future and the prices of energy for such kind of sources will also be higher exponentially. This condition will alert people to find out alternative energy resources but it also has to be lowest risk to environment and society which will finally be the clean energy such as wind energy, solar energy. Moreover, the demand of energy is not balanced the whole day long. During the peak period, the energy demand of consumers becomes extremely high and during off-peak period the energy demand becomes low. However, energy distributers has to make available highest energy demand all the time and so it makes the cost of energy become higher to cover for the distributer to have standby energy for all the time. In this report, the alternative clean energy resources such as solar energy, clean energy will be used to partially cover the demand of Nanyang Technological University. Besides, to control the unbalanced energy demand of customer side, new demand management system, Time of Use pricing system, will be used and so pricing of energy demand will be different every thirty minutes according to the available clean energy resources and energy demand. Moreover, for the purpose of user friendly system of the project, the graphical user interface of the system is developed in the labview graphical programming software.
