Abstract: Ever since the twentieth century, there has been an increasing trend for photography as a hobby. People take photographs to capture moments of thier lives that are unforgettable, and store them in digital form for easy management and space consciousness. On the formal side, digital photographs are used as historical records and as the proof of real happenings for journalism, police or forensic investigation, law enforcement, medical military and many more. Photographs are regarded as the implication of truth. However, with the rise of photo editing software such as adobe Photoshop, Maya and etc, the trustworthiness of photographs have been seriously questioned. Hence, the purpose of this project is to perform another round of demosaicing to find out if the photo has gone through any tampering and how easy it is to cover up the traces of tampering through.
