Authors: Wang, Xiaojing.
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Bioengineering
Issue Date: 2002
Abstract: The objective of the project is to bioengineer a conjuntival surface replacement using ex vivo expanded, cultured conjuntival epithelial cells seeded on a matrix derived from human amniotic membrane, and study the potential application of conjuntival epithelial cell-human amniotic membrane equivalent for in vivo conjunctival regeneration and in vitro biomedical research.
