Title: Renormalization for one-loop diagrams in gauge theory.

Abstract: In most situations, calculations of Feynman diagrams which contain loops lead to infinities. Renormalization has been known to be a standard process to circumvent this difficulty. In this project, we studied two different regularization schemes, which are called dimensional regularization and lattice regularization respectively. A detailed proof of renormalizability of Quantum Electrodynamics with Wilson fermion on the lattice is presented. The derivation of photon and fermion propagators for staggered Wilson fermion is also included.
