Abstract: Aerial refuelling is an important factor to improve the combat capability of military aircraft, which can increase the flight time and flight endurance. The proposed thesis is to investigate the technical feasibility of implementing an aerial refuelling system on the existing Chinook CH-47D military helicopter of the Republic of Singapore Airforce (RSAF) and to analyze the performance of an installed aerial refuelling system using Flowmaster simulation software.
