Abstract: It is well known that the phenomenon of sublimation occurs in many places among engineering processes and physical reactions. In addition, to understand the sublimation phenomenon from a statistical rate theory standpoint can help us realizing the sublimation phenomenon in a micro level, which in turn helps us to improve machine performances by deducing effects generated by sublimation or utilizing the advances brought by this phenomenon.
