For over 25 years, personal assistant robots for severely disabled individuals have been in development. In this report, design and development of a robot for neurorehabilitation is described. We have designed the robot from scratch cost-effectively and safely, which is capable of moving an upper limb in simple predetermined trajectories by directly controlling the position of the patient's hand.
