dc.description.abstract | This report is written for a Final Year Project in Nanyang Technological University of semester one and semester two in academic year 2012/2013. The name of the project is “Development of an Image Recognition Algorithm for VLSI Circuits”. Integrated Circuit(IC) industry has held a very important place in the modern technology. This has made the insight of this project closely related to the fabrication industry. In this report, readers with no knowledge of MATLAB will be able to integrate the use of MATLAB image processing tools to identify different layers of an IC image. This report consists of introduction of project, various image processing tools of MATLAB, methods and results of using the tools and conclusion. | en_US |
