Courseware development for an online e-learning system

Abstract

Nowadays, with the advance technology, gaining knowledge can be fun and interactive. This report will walk through the entire e-learning creation process. It shows the early stages of designing the e-learning system. It also covers the technique used to animate the images and still text, with the help of Macromedia Flash 8 Pro. Technique such as Tween, Motion Guide and Masking will be discussed in detail.

The creation of a XML driven drop down menu, combining XMY and ActionScript, will be demonstrated too.

Lastly, the various tests performed during the development stage will be shown. The aim here is to create an interactive e-learning system for Information and Network Security.
