Abstract: The objective of the final year project is to develop a learning tool for GPS receiver. It incorporates MATLAB demo files and will be used for academic purposes. The report includes the introduction, literature review of GPS system and implementation of the learning tool. The learning tool is in the form of Microsoft Powerpoint presentation with exercises and demonstration files using MATLAB. The MATLAB demo will include segments of files related to GPS receivers’ processes to allow readers to have a better understanding of the steps involved.
