dc.description.abstractIn this report, the author had studied the characteristics of Terahertz Quantum Cascade lasers (THz QCLs) including light intensity spectra, light-current-voltage curves, and far-field patterns under different temperatures and voltages. The report covered the theoretical understanding of the THz QCLs and the practical model obtained through various experiments implemented. In addition, the author also highlights the problems encountered and recommendations of the future work.en_US
