Abstract: In this project a printed circuit board is designed and fabricated. This PCB is mainly for testing a DIP40 chip. Altium Designer is used for schematic design and PCB layout. Xilinx FPGA board is programmed to generate the control signal. Besides the PCB a demo board based on a breadboard is designed to test the basic circuit function. The chip and the PCB components’ waveform are observed by an oscilloscope. Then the data is analyzed and concluded.
