Abstract: This report will cover the objectives of this project and the main benefits of using the smartphone as a medium for Tele-Rehabilitation for stroke. The report will also look at stroke as a whole and steps that Singapore is taking to tackle it. This report will cover the different types of physical therapy which is done at the rehabilitation centres. There will be an analysis of the Singapore population and how it affects the growth rate of stroke. An introduction of the Personal Health Information System (PHIS) is provided in this report. This project involves customising the Personal Health Information System to provide Tele-Rehabilitation on the go. Coverage of the process of the application from the log into the final upload Tele-rehabilitation video process is provided in this report.
