Service parts inventory management in a reverse logistics environment

Abstract

The objective of this thesis are to raise awareness of the importance of reverse logistics by describing the reverse logistics process; present some specific and general reverse logistics activities in the firm key components and identify key components of the process and their implications for manufacturers, retailers, and logistic services.
