Abstract: The product design and development cycle has been successfully reduced to 7 stages: Product Establishing, Industrial Design, Feasibility Study, Detail Design, Trial Run and Final Production. It helps the designer (Industrial Design and Product Design) to complete the design in a shortened period of time without physical prototyping, to share the exist data and minimize the information lost among different department and vendors, to carry out the simulation and failure estimation. This project also is a study of integration of CAD/CAE software with exist company culture to maximize the contribution of CAD/CAE in this product.
