Abstract: This work seeks to improve the mold design using Moldflow analysis and focuses to develop techniques for optimal cooling system design for plastic injection molding systematically and automatically rather than to obtain the analysis results only. We formulate the cooling system design, including mold geometrical configuration and molding conditions related to mold cooling.
