Abstract: In recent years, the government has been encouraging Singaporeans to globalize so as to seek potential investment opportunities to expand businesses. Being a populated country with a rapidly growing economy, China is at a stage now where any profit-driven investor will be interested in. Recognizing this, the government has not spared China in its aggressive drive to promote globalization of Singapore investments. On the other hand, China has also provided attractive incentives and developed special economic zones in some provinces to woo Singapore investors. One such province in China's eastern coast is Shandong.
