Abstract: Annual reports are an important source of information to shareholders, investors and other external parties. In the past, the dominant concern of the annual reports was to report on profitability. With the advent of the times, there is an increasing emphasis on social responsibility activities of companies and an added interest in the disclosure of such activities in the annual reports.
