Issue Date: 2014
Abstract: 3D graphene becomes attractive materials due to its outstanding electronic, thermal and mechanical properties. Therefore, more and more scientists are constantly exploring new application of graphene-based materials. This report covers synthetic method and the characterization of 3D graphene. In this project, graphene was synthesized by using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) technique. The impacts of gas precursors flow rate, growth time and growth temperature on the obtained graphene were examined and analysed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Raman spectroscope.
