Abstract: The main focus of this project is to develop a framework for selecting a logistics hub. A logistics hub is the preferred location where a company establishes a warehouse to conduct most of their logistics function. The selection of such a logistics location is based on many factors ranging from direct financial implication to the quality of infrastructure of the country being reviewed. The most critical factors still depends on the weightage the company puts on each factor based on their individual requirements.
