Abstract: In this report, two simple solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) power systems fed by hydrogen and methane, respectively, are presented. While other models available in the literature focus on complicated hybrid SOFC-gas turbine power systems, this study emphases on simple SOFC simple systems with detailed thermodynamic modeling of the SOFC.
