Abstract: The aim of this project is to prepare hydroxyapatite by sol-gel method and study the morphologies of the coating, phase change and chemical stoichiometry due to different curing temperatures. The purpose of this project is also to analyze the effect of relative coating thickness and substrate surface roughness.
