Abstract: This dissertation deals with aspects of changing business models driven by technological advancement in relation to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It is with no doubt that various stages of rapid and continual development in ICT have immeasurable impact on an organization's strategic decisions. Compounded by the effect of the other three forces in a macro environment (namely, Demographics, Economics and Political), organizations are under tremendous pressure to quickly and persistently recognize the efficiency and effectiveness of their business models.
