Venture capital in the Philippines : a business plan

Abstract

The Applied Research Project (ARP) that we embarked on was done for the primary purpose of providing first hand information about the procedures involved in setting up a venture capital fund in Southeast Asia, with particular emphasis on investments in die Philippines. This ARP also hopes to provide future users with references on me various governmental regulations and legal issues to be looked into when setting up a venture capital fund. It is a business plan for a private equity investment firm in the Philippines.
