The control impacts of reengineering : a qualitative case study

Abstract

Although process integration in business engineering has been well-received and enthusiastically publicised, the impact on organisational control, e.g., the compression of responsibilities, has received little attention. This research seeks to explore the evolution of organisational control within such a reengineering context.
