This is of primary concern in Singapore with the current competitive environment that has arisen out of a notion termed globalization. This study is an attempt to increase our understanding of the internal design structuring of organizations as it relates to budgeting systems in particular. An important point to note is that a study of this nature has not been conducted in Singapore before.
