A user-oriented internet web site : an exploratory study

Abstract

The introduction of Internet has made it possible to gain access to comprehensive information cheaply and economically. In particular, the World Wide Web (WWW), the graphical interface to the Internet, provides accessibility to information and potential to sell products and services to customers. Thus, this has led to several organizations establishing a Web presence on the Net.
